A student at Central London Polytechnic, Chris achieved a BSc (Honours) Degree in Building in 1987 and spent his formative years working for a Chelsea based property developer. Later, he moved to Bournemouth to work on the New Operations Centre for Chase Manhattan Bank N.A as part of the Project Management Team. In 1990 he co-founded Greendale with Rob Hooker and is now a member of the Institute of Directors, actively involved in Dorset Business.

Robert studied at Hertfordshire College of Building and trained in London with Y.J. Lovell before moving to Bournemouth in 1981 where he joined Ernest Ireland Construction [Mowlem Group] as a Site Manager. In 1985 he became a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and subsequently worked as Contracts Manager for Horton Construction. In 1990 Rob and Chris Kane started Greendale, and in 2009, he became a board member for the CIOB Chartered Building Company Scheme.

After completing his training at Sleeman Construction, Dave reached the position of Senior Surveyor in 1999. Dave has experience in all value ranges from small works to multi-million developments. Dave is a member of the CIOB and joined Greendale as Estimator/Surveyor in 1998.

Born in Bournemouth, John trained with Kenneth J Riley Practice. Achieving an HNC in Building Construction, he joined Sleeman Construction as Contracts Surveyor and 13 years later moved to Delta Design & Build as Building Manager. John joined Greendale in 2003.

Andrew trained with DF Blanchard (Salisbury) Ltd, progressing from Joinery Manager to Contracts Management and Senior Surveyor. He achieved an HNC and became member of CIOB in 1999 and Fellowship Status in 2009. Andrew joined Greendale as Contract Manager / Surveyor in 2004.

Chris joined as a Management Trainee in August 2008 and assists within the Contracts Management / Surveying department. A member of the CIOB, Chris attends Bournemouth & Poole College and is studying for HNC & HND in Construction.

Iliana joined Greendale Construction in November 2011 as Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. A student member of RICS, Iliana attends the University of the West of England where she is in her final year of a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management. Iliana has several years of experience working in the industry both for a Quantity Surveying firm and for Construction Companies and has previously completed a HNC in Construction at Bmth & Poole College.

Alan joined Greendale Construction in November 2011 as Assistant Estimator. Alan studied at the University of Portsmouth where in June 2011 he achieved a BSc (Hons) degree in Property, Marketing, Design and Development.

Maria gained extensive construction industry experience prior to joining Greendale in 1997. Responsible for Finance, HR & Training, in 2009 she became director of the Dorset Construction Training Group where she works closely with local Colleges promoting training and apprenticeships.

Christine has 25 years industry experience, joining Greendale in 2000. She has since achieved IOSH Managing Safely in Construction and now prepares the CDM information and Operations and Maintenance Manuals. Christine is also PA to both directors.

Originally from South Africa, Sue joined Greendale in July 2003 as Office Administrator, progressing to Accounts Administrator and assisting the Finance Manager in keeping the company accounts.

Anna joined Greendale Construction in June 2011 bringing with her a wealth of experience within the construction industry. She has worked within the industry for the past 18 years gaining experience in Health & Safety, Marketing and all aspects of construction administration. Anna achieved her NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration in 2010 and since joining the company has starting working towards her NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. Anna also works as our receptionist and provides secretarial support to the Contract Managers and the Office Administration team.
