Greendale Construction Limited is a medium sized general building contractor and was established in Poole in 1989 by the two present directors who are actively involved in the day to day running of the business. The company succeeds by maintaining its original philosophy of constructing highest quality work, combined with good value and completion on time.
 
Greendale Construction has steadily grown year by year and now boasts an impressive client base. A large proportion of our projects are secured by positive referral and repeat business with existing clients. Our operating area extends to a 100 miles radius of our Poole office, however the majority of our projects lie within the Poole, Bournemouth Christchurch conurbation. We are proficient in all aspects of the construction field and undertake New Build, Refurbishment, Conservation work, Repairs, Maintenance and Special Works. In commercial properties we specialise in carrying out refurbishment / fit out works in operational situations.
 
We have an excellent multi trade labour force currently standing at 45 operatives. This directly employed resource gives us terrific control, ensures quality and provides management flexibility.

We also employ “tried and tested“ sub contractors and suppliers who have built up a sound relationship with Greendales’ over the years, they can be relied upon to produce quality work the “Greendale way”. Each project is correctly resourced with a qualified site manager with contract/surveying  management back up.
 
In 1992 Greendale Construction was awarded Chartered Building Company status and is a founder member of the scheme. Greendales’ have been awarded Master Builder of the Year commendations for projects and apprentices in 1994,1998, 1999, 2000 and 2004. We were regional winners in the Master Builder of the Year 2005 competition  for our work refurbishing and extending  Parkstone Golf Club.
 
Greendales’ achieved ‘Investors in People’ accreditation in 2003. We are registered members of Construction line, Sinclair, Exor and the NHBC. We were approved on the Safe contractors scheme in 2005.
