At Barnes Wallis Road, Segensworth, we’ve ¬†completed a refurbishment of a large industrial building, plus offices and large external lorry and car parking areas (3.97 acre site + 0.97 acre car park).

Formally a distribution warehouse for over 25 years, the building is now ready for a new tenant.


The works included; strip out of existing offices and old warehouse installations; new roof covering and gutter lining; complete replacement of mechanical and electrical installations, new lift, replacement dock levellers and industrial doors, cladding and curtain walling refurbishment, new office fit out, sprinkler remodelling and re-commissioning, removal of lorry wash and reinstate, car park refurbish.
