Commissioned by new owners, Nuffield Health, Greendale completed substantial ward refurbishments and improvements to the former Lansdowne Private Hospital in a phased project that involved a floor-by-floor strip out.
As well as improvements to the bedroom wing of the hospital, including the provision of new en-suite bathroom facilities, we also refurbished the treatment rooms and consulting rooms. In addition, we carried out alterations to load bearing walls, installing structural steelwork, and we replaced outdated electrical and mechanical services, including new air conditioning and medical gases. We installed new partitioning, ceilings and wall finishes, and also undertook alterations to above ground drainage and plumbing services.
Throughout the works, the hospital remained operational with minimal disruption to patients and staff.
